I am getting many "Fatal Error" messages with subsequent shut down when running Realflite. These usually occur when changing the planes, the field or other perameters. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to avoid it? Is this a software problem that Realflite should fix?

I did that and thats what mine did, Until I reformatted my drive
now all is good! 9.0 ONLY works with the newer cards AND the program its has in it., so its useless to G2 As of this time.
Just my 2 Cents worth.....

Mine does it as well. I installed it recently (3 weeks) then did the update to the lastest version. Still dies for no apparent reason but very intermittent. It was quite stable for a while then went off it's face again. Usually changing views, aircraft or when crashing my aircraft. I'm using a P3-550, 768mb ram, Win XP-Pro, Direct x8.1, sblive and GF2-mx400, lastest Nvidia driver set.
Great program when it works (except for those stupid comments I can't seem to turn off e.g. "Has anyone got a glo plug?" stick that glow plug alright! ).

I performed a complete uninstall of RealFlight, reinstalled RealFlight from the #1 installation CD through all add-ons and G2. Presently all functions are working wonderfully. We'll see further. The G2 I have been working with is an update version.
