Hi everyone.. first time poster from downunder. Am in the process of installing all my stuff on a new machine with windows vista. (I know it's early days...)[&o]
Have had major problems with REFLEX and wondered whether there’s a vista friendly patch in the works or whether there’s a solution to the following..
Installed RELEX OK..
When I open the program it comes up with a warning box that ‘HELI\KYOSHO\CALIBER-30.MOD is unavailable’
I click OK and it brings up the window for model parameters for helicopter.
Click OK and it comes up with a debug window..
Debug Assertion Failed.
Program: C:\Program Files\REFLEX\REFLEX.exe
File: dlgdata.cpp
Line: 43
For information on how your programme can cause an assertion failure see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.
Press Retry to debug the application.. I press that and it just closes the programme.
HELP!!!
Cheers. Leighsky

Uninstall Reflex, turn off the User Access Controls to install as an Administrator. Create a System Restore Point, Re-install Reflex. See if that helps. If not go back to the System Restore Point. Good Luck. I used the method mentioned for G3.5 and have had no problems.
