Could someone post a link to download a USB driver for a simulator cable? Or email one to me? I would kiss your feet. I'm pulling my hair out!

Which "USB Cable"?
They are not all the same.
The majority are merely HID "Joystick" devices, so you should not need a driver.
Plugging in the cable alone should get it recognized as a USB Joystick Interface in XP.
Once you connect your TX to it, it should start working in XP.
If you are not having luck enable the "Microsoft HID SERVICE" in the control panel, and then try plugging it in.
