I bought an adapter cord for my 9c to work with the USB controller, I plug everything in, extend the 9c's antenna and nothing, only the USB controller has any input. Can anyone help?

Are you in PCM or FM mode? Just today I read where you have to be in FM mode.
If that is not the problem, I also read where you might have to change your port settings in your CMOS setup.
Are you using serial or parallel?
Glenn.

A couple of things to look at:
Have you changed to the Interface Mode in the controller calibration screen? If the InterLink is still controlling the aircraft it sounds as if it's still in the InterLink controller joystick mode.
Go to Options ---> Controller Calibration --->Controller Type and change it to Interface Mode
Alternatively, have you turned the power 'On' in the 9c?
