What do realflight updates do?

What do realflight updates do?
I just bought real flight G4 and went just to see if there are any updates available,but it says you have to register it before it will let you. I wasnt sure I wanted to register it yet in case I decide to sell it or something. Do you think the updates would even be worth it? What noticable differences might I see with updates?
