Guys,

I need your suggestions (if there are any): I've got RealFlight G2, and I swapped out hard drives, and I can't find the stupid jewel case with the installation key-code on it. I didn't register it (got it about a year-ago), so I can't have RealFlight support track it down for me.

I have no clue where to proceed from here, and I'm hoping that I'm not out 300+ dollars...

Any ideas??

You might be able to find a crack program somewhere, or a key on a newsgroup.
I'm still learning about computers, though, so take it for what it's worth.

I think Great Planes has a policy to cover this situation. You simply send your original CD to them and they will replace it with a new one.

If you changed hard drives, do you have the original hard drive still? If so hook it back up and get the key from it. If not, PM me and I will give you my key from my G2 as well as the Controller key(you might have to use both of them as they may be matched).

dunno if it will work...I think Great Planes gave the controller the key # that is a match to the ser # and only those two combines will work. Also, I think the software will detect the serial number and kick it back.
