I've been running/programming computers since the early 1980's so I'm no slouch with them. So I was frustrated when I couldn't get Realflight G2 to run when I upgraded my computer system with a new graphics card (NVidia ti4800).
I finally caved in and called Realflight's tech support expecting some college kid who would know less about computers than my 4 yr old.
I ended up talking to a support person named Mary. To my surprise, as we went over everything I had tried, it became clear that she really knew her stuff. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and even followed up afterwards to see if I had got it working.
Turned out Windows 9x doesn't like more than 512mb of memory (which I didn't know as I run Linux normally). I had upgraded memory when I upgraded my video card...
So chalked up one VERY happy G2/Hobbico customer. And Hobbico, if you're listening, Mary Q. deserves a raise!

3 cheers to mary q who also patiently solved my problem via e-mail . I have g2 lite and the f16 dissapeared and although I knew how to fix it being an IT specialist I wanted to check with RF support first.
