I installed the 4 and I don't remembe a password. The serial numbe is on the box of4 cd's. But looking at mine copy there's also a small numbe underneath the disc number. Maybe calling tech support will you going.

There is no password.
The Interlink controller is what's referred to as a "dongle". It's a required piece of hardware. It's required for the software to resolve the copyright protection and allow the software to operate.
You need to contact www.realflight.com to resolve your problem.
You should dig out your original CDs and their case, to have your software's serial number handy when you talk with them.
