Default FS One Calibration Help

Bought myself a pre-Xmas FS One and having a hard time getting the TacCon calibrated. I downloaded the lastest patch, v1.0.9. When I try to calibrate, all sliders move except elevator and then only a fraction of an inch. I noticed that when each channel is calibrated, the slider itself is red...when I get to the elevator, the slider doesn't turn red (software not recognizing that channel?) Now here's the kicker: I got it to work on my 9303, so I guess the software is recognizing the elevator channel (yea, I like the 9303, but would like to use the TacOne) I'd appreciate any help/suggestions/prayers you guys might offer.
