I'm not sure what scale to build I think maybe 1/4 scale is too big. I'm tending towards 1/8 or 1/5 scale do you have anything in these scales.
. I have looked every were for bodies. The bodies you have in the photo are nice looking.

New Era has a 1/8 scale Lexan funny car body.

The turbine will not melt the body. The front half of the turbine is well with in lexans melting properties.
I looked at New Era but didnt see a funny car body. I'll look again.
I live not far from New Era if there open to the public I could get one....cool....

To Mike: Don Foos in Rialto drives a PRC belt drive. This car hasn't been beat in three years. It can also run 2.81 in 132ft, with Zenoah G270 23cc. There is a picture on the MHRA website with the parachute opening.
