Default 2 speed tranny?

What do you guys think about the 2 speed tranny for the FG's? How much of a performance increase does it give?

Cool, thanks bud. Are their any major mods that need to be done to make the new tranny fit or run properly? I haven't finished reading all of the post yet so if the answer is there then my bad.

I'm not quite sure what you are thinking about when you say "to make the new tranny fit" ?? When you buy the 2-speed you get a new clutch bell and new plastic gears. (the large gearweels are a little different than the stock/normal 46T, 48T and so on.
It is a direct swap/fit.

Only thing is your gearwheel protector. That one will have to be purchased of some 3rd party. To my knowledge, FG does not make a gearcover that will fit the 2 speed.

Alright, thanks bud. You answered my question, I was kinda general in that.
