The 2 speeds have been backordered for almost 2 months now so I would assume they should be coming soon.

I see nothing in your link that points to a 2 speed transmission.

Does anyone have pictures of one?

If you speak German or can work from a schematic it is simple. You will remove your gear plate, clutchbell and layshaft and replace the clutchbell and layshaft with the new ones in the kit (longer shaft and clutchbell). The most difficult parts are removing the pinion from the layshaft and re-installing the stock rear brake. This would be the perfect time to replace the gearplate with alloy(fg7474) and the tuning rear brake (fg7497) they work great together and the tuning brake goes back together much easier. Btw the two speed comes with 46/18 and 44/20 gears if you have a monster truck or beetle (I believe) the stock gear is 48/16 so if you use the gears the two speed comes with you will lose some of the torque that makes these things fun, you can buy a 48t spur (two speed version fg6052/1) and re-use the existing 16t pinion. The two speed works great with 48/44 combo. I am running thw speed on my mt and my leopard with different gear combos Mt:48/44 Leopard 46/42. Pm or post if you have any set-up questions.
