My Baja has custom made rear adapaters from my garage.

The off-the-shelf CNR adpaters let the rims stick too far out, and it looks rediculous. Maybe the FGMonster Truck rims would look better?

WOW[sm=omg_smile.gif] That looks stupid now with those adapters on there. what if you took some material off the CNR adapaters? and redrilled the holes?too bring the wheels back in. Can we use the 23mm proline hex adapters?I think I read somehwere they are making those fit as well??? does anyone here have pics here with the same view with plain ole FG/ FH wheels installed???? I would like too see that next iff possible????

Do the pipes stick above the roll bar? It looks great, will it be ok in a roll over?

Just signed up in hear. Have been reading all past ideas and thoughts. It's all excellent information and I can put it into action.
I bought my Baja about a month ago. Worth every cent I paid. I haven't held back on anything. I don't have any video images yet, but it's coming.

I have been driving around parts of Sydney to find the best area. Different areas offer different experiences. There is a new park opened at The Sydney Olympic park called Mountian X. It's a mountain bike track, all fine loose gravel. The Baja goes sick. hardly any controll, easy to do dougnuts and tail slides. Took the Baja of jumps, averaging about 3 to 5 foot jumps and landing over 4 to 8 meters in distance. I missed a view times in landing and cartwheeled heaps. This thing takes a beating.

The only issue I'm haveing at the moment is with the signal, I get about 20 meters away and the thing cuts out, issue with transmitter or reciever, sorting problem out with hobby shop.

The hobby shop also informed me that other problems that can cause this could be cracked crystals or a cracked spark plug.
Had some spare time up my sleeve the other day, got some metal, a bearing, some nuts and bolts and made a vice for the baja to make things easyer to work on.

Cool looking Baja holder, as for the radio clitching out, I would get a Spectrum or something that has a 2.4GHZ and your problems will be over

I have the duratrax installed in mine alone with the specktrum RX and no problems here, my buddy has my old FH and has the DT fails safe in the FH and has had no problems there either

Well I'll be putting these easy mods on the b5. They are from Brice Arnold's collector's edition and I say they really do look NICE and are made very well.
