I am prety sure that is illegal to charge your credit card and not have shipped the parts. You might look into that.

yup thats correct, your card should not be debited until your order has been shipped.

This is interesting,,his website leeds you to belive hes some big dealer,,but ive called him i know over 30 times,,all times of the day,,never an asnwer,,he acts like some guy that works out of his garage to me,

I would contact your credit card company and file a chargeback. Regardless of whats going on in his life, its for reasons like this that people shouldnt be charged until and order ships.

tbh ive seen a few posts over the yrs from RC Nuts (mostly advertising) but ive never heard anything negative, maybe like you said its prob RL stuff.. But he had time to charge your card though which is strange :s

its very frustrating and sometimes a gamble when you buy stuff online lol theres always the little voice in the back of your head saying where the hell is my stuff lol and wondering if your ever gonna get your stuff , maybe the guys been on christmas break holidays and is waiting from other companies to re open so he can get the parts you ordered so he can then mail them to you , alot of hobby shops still havnt opened from the holidays , im still waiting for hostile hobbies to open so i can buy my knobby tires off them.

It could be: he doesn't really have you item in stock and won't even place an order for it until he has "enough" orders to make it worth it for him. In the words of Glenn Beck, "I'm just saying".

I tried to order something from them last year. Took him two days to tell me he didn't have it in stock and charge back my card.

That domain information is at least 3 years old and outdated. IF you need to contact the store and the number on the site is not getting replies, you can call the main store number 972-758-2677. Per my conversation with my partner yesterday, all emails have been replied to and anyone that left a message with a name and a number was called back.

Backorders have become an issue due to the two distributors not ordering parts to supply to the dealers. We give you the option to backorder order it or refund you. If the distributors do not have it, then no one in the US will probably have it either. We cannot control what the dealers have in stock and when they order. We are having the same issued that every other large scale dealer is haveing with parts and vehicle supply.
