My Jetpro pipe came in, and all I can say is what a big difference over the X-Can...sound, power, and just overall performance..It has a couple small scratches, and a little ding on the bottom, but for $50 I cant complain.

I will post some better pictures later, and if weather permits, some new videos.

Did you say you got a Jetpro pipe for 50 bucks?

I ordered my King Motors clone Friday night should be here soon. Paid a little more than i thought but still pretty good deal I think and from same country.(833.12 shipped, taxes, and dominator pipe) from vancouver V-Tec. This is my first RC since I was 14 so I cannot really be disapointed at all.....lol.

My car came from V-Tec about a month ago and ended up being the Shengqi car. I am very happy with my car.

JCD, looks really good. Any difference with the boost bottles? or just for show? also the rear bumper, where did you order it from? I cant seem to find them..

and in response to molson, most of the large scale guys run the Coleman camping fuel...I'm still using 93 oct, but once the 1/4 gal that I have left is gone, I'm gonna give it a shot..I have heard some pretty good things about it.

break in period, I'm not 100%...PM Foxy and ask him about that..I dont want to give you incorrect information, and Foxy has been in to large scale much longer than I have been.

I have not been able to test the buggy yet i am going to hopefully this weekend. I have been doing some reading about the boost bootle and they all say negative things about them like they do no work. I just think they look really nice on the buggy.
as for the bumper i will send you PM.

Ok, so I got bored today, and figured since I'm waiting for a new clutch bell, and a few other parts why not tear down the KM and give it a good clean...well lets just say that I'm glad I did. My clutch is in such bad condition, one side is worn down to the metal and the other side has 2 chunks missing from it?! Lucky me, I have a spare clutch ready to go in. Also noticed that the clutch bell looked kind of strange...looked closer and the bolt that holds the gear to the clutch bell was broken off inside..

And while on my cleaning spree, I received my new roll cage, went with a stock plastic one for now till I get the urge to get off my butt and make a nice steel one, and my new starter ring from DDM also came in, so time to inspect the pull start...surprisingly it was clean inside...Outerwears really do a good job.

But enough of my blabbing, here are a couple quick pics...oh and just to tease, 99% of the purple will be gone tomorrow after noon after some sanding and baking at 400 deg , and a Vertigo Diff Locker will be in soon as well.

Just use drain cleaner to de-anodize the Yuck purple! thats what I used just make sure you check it all the time as it doesn't take long to come off! and then eat's away at the alloy!

Just a quick update...I got my parts back from work after a nice day of baking them...I didnt want silver, but didnt want everything blue either, so here is how it came out..I will have more pics up once the rest of my parts come in and its all put together.

And I think I may order a chassis protector later, but not really concerned since i'm eventually going to replace the whole main chassis with a black/gun powder one any way.

neither have I, thats one reason I decided on blue...the other reason was because it was the only color I could think of that went with the funky color that the body came out after I painted it..

I will have a couple more pics up in a few with the body and everything else on..still waiting on the new clutch bell, diff locker, and a couple other parts from DDM.

here some pics of my new engine i just built

cy 26cc water cooled head kit rated at 4 + hp
stuffed crank 28mm stroke
cy crank case
cy cluch case
lightened fly wheel
35000 rpm crank bearings
ada matched intake port/carby spacer with heat spacers
cy coil
dark soul heat shrink head shell
cy pull start
cy fan cover
wt-686 hp carb
hi flow airfilter

Im guessing around 5 hp aprox with a good pipe like the ddm rear dom and a 3.5 hp upgrade from my stock km baja and a 1 hp upgrade from my gp290, but this new egine will rev alot higher then the gp290 and should make the elcon clutch and turrtle rear end earn there keep.
