Default Loose wheel

I have a firehammer mt and the left rear wheel keeps coming loose. I tried using a jam nut and that did not work. Any suggestions?

depending on how old(used) your truck is the nylon part of the locknut could be worn out. I'd suggest replacing it with a new locknut.

get a new nut OR if you dont really plan on taking the wheel off you can put just a dab of loc-tite on the shaft before you put the nut on.

Make sure that your drive square is in the right position and locked down tight with some blue lcoktite on the grub screws. Also check to be sure that the threads on the axle shaft are good and the wheel nut locks the wheel tight to the drive square.
