On road confusion
We have a bunch of nitro cars, 3 1/5 buggies, and a few electric tamiya f1 cars. i want a 1/5 onroad but am pretty lost at the moment and looking for experienced advice. I am looking at either a radiosistemi mk5 (obviously the cheapest), a FG sportline (seems pretty nice), or a harm (which I know absolutely nothing about). Which is the better choice as far as stock part replacement and aftermarket support? Which is the better choice and why? Whats a decent price (used is fine) to pick one of these up? Either a roller or complete. Thanks guys for any input or opinions.

RE: On road confusion
Out of the 3 your looking at, the best choice is going to be FG.
The original SVM MK5 used to be a great car, but parts are very hard to find.
HARM, well this is going to be a tad bit easier to get parts for, but as far as I know, there is no place in the U.S that stocks HARM stuff.
So that leaves you with FG Modelsport, you can find about 25 different web sites that stock FG parts, so just based on that alone, is a good reason to go that route.
The SVM is very cheap from the price I seen posted on ebay, but again, it will only be as good as it is before your break or need a part.
HARM prices range in the same category as FG.
Get yourself a new or used one, you can find parts anywhere for them.

RE: On road confusion
Thank you, I appreciate the response. For the FG sportline chassis, what is a decent price to pay New or used. I know I could find them online but was curious as to what people think they are worth new/used. Is there any special "must have" options to look for, or anything to be sure to steer clear of? Once again thanks. I really want an F1 but the prices they go for are way higher than I am looking to spend.

I agree with Pro5thScaleDistributors, FG is the way to go. Parts are easy to find in the US and performance is excellent. Another option to consider would be the the MCD line, but they tend to be a bit more expensive.
