reassembly?

Default reassembly?

I am about 3 seconds away from chucking this FG diff out the window in a fit of rage...........

I took it apart to get measurements on everything, and now I can not get the internal gears reassembled back in it. I have spent two days trying to accomplish this and I swear it is impossible. Please, someone help me............

Here is what i did!I tried to find the thread where i posted these pics but to no avail.I described the function there.This thing will make you use one minute to install the gears,not even that...Put the gears on,put it into the housing,install the crosspin halfway through,remove the steel wire and the rubber hose and insert the drivecups

Nice to help you out on this!I have been red of rage when trying to mount the gears together and put them into the housing,oh my god!I have never been more frustrated.Then i saw this tool made by FG and then i made one myselfNext time you will almost look forward to reassemble the diff

im lookin to upgrade my diff and i see 2 types ,i think ione says tuning diff and other one just say diff..whats the differencE?
