you need to adjust your pre load on the shock boots on the rear. a little on the slow side.
you have motivate me to build my own. your project is very sweet. now i need motivation to get some money to do it.

fantastic work mate - I see you marked out on the rear swing arm behind the lwr shock mount. are you cutting that off?
Only was thinking were you going to put a small vertical support between the 2 x flats to support (gusset) the shock mount? (to stop the 2 x swing arm plates flexing under load)?

hi thanks mate, yea once the clearence is sorted for drive shafts i can slide a rib in under mounts and then box the whole rear part of the arm

made the bearing holder today to suport drve pully, now the main shaft has 3 bearing, making the same at the other end to suport spur gear shaft
