Hello to everyone. I am starting rc hobby and want to buy a plane. I searched internet so much so i decided to get an electric glider or sailplane. Also i want to buy a 4 channel one so that i can use the controller for another models that i will buy later. They are really expensive as i saw and i need a RTF kit because i dont have anything yet. I saw couple of sites and found two of them really cheap which are nitroplanes.com and raidentech.com . It would be great that someone tell me a site that i can buy a good one and are these two sites reliable? I can go up to 130$(I live in Turkey). Thank you.

Hi again
saw your identical post in the beginers forum. you are asking for something rare or at least hard to get. So this is ok, we like to help new guys. I would strongly recomend you get a hitec or futaba 4 chanel radio. it will have all the stuf that goes into an airplane.
4 servos, battery, switch and has the charger for the airplane gear and transmitter. this radio will be fine for beginning and move on as you progress. If you are on your own in this you should learn to build AND REPAIR. a 2 meter power glider will do well to learn on.
a decent 4 chanel plane and a radio for 130 dollars is not likely to happen. good luck!

The Futaba T4YF Is a great beginner radio complete with trainer switch and servo reversing. It costs 120 dollars at Towerhobbies.com with servos and batteries. Get the one with the S3004 servos-they are better than the micro ones.

I just bought a 6EXAS digital radio on 72.270 for 40 dollars from a guy who just upgraded to a 10C on 2.4! The radio is worth like 200 dollars new and the guy had just had it for about a year

You do not have to buy a 4 channel plane in order to use a 4 channel radio.
