I live on the West coast of FLA and Im curious as to how well I can expect to fare with a glider. Should I try a hotliner or just a powered glider first?

Hi Rich
We in our club in Winter Haven - Fl are flying 4 meter plus scale gliders for over 4 years. With great sucess.
We are set up for towing gliders up to 8 meters.
Florida is exelent for thermaling last week I broke our field record with my ASK - 18 (2 h 8 min 28 sec). That was a great fly. But a little to long. It gets very tiring after one hour.
If you want feel free to contact me any time. You could also come by and have a look.
