My first ever flight !!
Just flown my Ornith for the first time. Did a few nevous hops, with it drifting left, as I had learnt on Realflight G2, then took it up into its first hover. The tail was oscilating a lot so just turned down the gain on the gyro, then it hovered great. Hovered for about 10 minutes, then quit while I was ahead with the Ornith still in one piece. I have had no tuition, set it all up myself, and I owe it all to Realflight G2, and some good advice from some of you on this forum. Thanks!!

Congrats allanto, how'd you like the adrenalin rush when it hit eye-level? I believe the adrenalin buzz is why we all do this

RE: My first ever flight !!
I know the feeling too!!!
This weekend was my first flight after a few hours on the FMS Simulator.
I have a Feda Dragonfly (I bought it from Trend Times) and it flies great even outdoors... That's where I'm learning.. outdoors with very light wind...
The adrenaline rush is awsome!
I even got it about 10 feet off the ground and panicked but managed to land it (or was it a ditch?) with no damage at all. This bird is very strong!
It really feels great!
Best regards,
Rayan
