What problems are you having? I don't have one, but I just read the review on it, and it is a standard piezo gyro. It should be pretty easy to setup. Did you get directions with it, or did you buy it used?

Make sure you put the correct side up. 
Don't go nuts twising the adjustmends. atiny amount has a lot of effect, and its possible to turn them too far which confuses the thing. if you get it messed up... find center of range of the pots and start over from there. (that should be where it belongs anyway.)
