Default flywheel balancing & runout

Have been attempting to balance the fan/flywheel for a sceadu 30 on a high-point balancer, however the threading inside the flywheel doesn't seem to allow the balancer's cones to centre precisely, giving inaccurate results. Anyone found a satisfactory and simple solution?

Also any views on acceptable runout tolerence? Opinions seem to range from 0.001" to 0.005". The sceadu 30 flywheel can be fixed in one orientation only and mine comes out at around 0.003".

many thanks
