Default Eclipse 7 to Futaba reciever question

In order to use the Eclipse 7 with a futaba reciever do I need to buy a Hitec crystal or will it work with the Futaba crystal?? I need to switch channels anyway so I need to know what crystal to buy???

You can use either one .I use both on mine.

Always buy a crystal of the same mfg as the rx and designed for the particular rx. If you use a different brand it may work, it may not.

You'll love the 9C. I've had mine for a couple of months now, best radio I've had and probably will be the last I'll need.
