Default Piccolo board on aerohawk problem

I just purchased a GWPHA01 3 in1 from Helihobby.com for my areo hawk, the problem I am having is that I set all the transmitter controls and trims (centered) to the required settings, I turn on the transmitter and plug the heli battery in, the second the LED comes on the tail rotor motor starts spinning even if I set the tail rotor trim all the way off it still starts immediatley I tried turning the mixer all the way off and it still does it. So it is always turning the tail unless I have trim set all the way to off and add some stick to it. I have emailed Helihobby.com 4 times and called once but it said their mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message and have not had a reply yet (been trying for 3 weeks) Has anybody else had this communication problem with helihobby.com. Since they won't help me is there anything else I can try. I have checked out the transmitter and it is ok, have tried a new tail motor, the problem does not stop. I believe the problem is in the board ?, has anyone else had this problem. Any feed back greatly appreciated

Thanks Gyroguy

if it seems to work right other than the centering try moving tail trim to full right before plugging in battery( to give it 2x left trim)

if this is still not enough try holding left stick apox the same distance needed to correct problem in opposite direction before plugging in battery and hold untill light comes on.
