Brand new OS 32 F? It's discontinued if it's the "32 F" and not a "32 F-something". Verify it by using this link. What it's worth is really based on the condition it's in, I guess if you're positive it's brand new and its a "32 F" I couldn't tell you since it's discontinued. That engine came out in 1988, but I have no idea when it was discontinued. Check out the link and see if that's the one...

P.S. The "32 F" is a two stroke ABC airplane engine.

The easiest way to tell if it's a heli or plane motor is, the heli motor has large deep fins on the head, the plane fins are a lot smaller. The OS32 (heli) brand new is $130 bucks

I think Charlie was pointing out the physical difference between heli and plane engines. If it says 32 F then it's a 32 F like I said ABC airplane engine, you cannot compare the cost to OS's current 32 size ABC because they are two different things. There are also very limited parts available for the 32 F. Buy a plane and a radio, you're almost there.

I've got an even older OS .28 F-H ringed heli engine that only says .28 F on the side. I doubt the value of yours would be very high as the older engines didn't have near the power of today's .32's and as mentioned, parts are scarce. If it is indeed brand new, it might be worth something to a collector.

Yeah I checked that out, "32 F" stamp could mean "32 F-*", that's kind of annoying, just go to the link I posted http://www.osengines.com/history/ostimeline14.html to ID the engine...

Does anyone know where a list of all engine letter desigantions are for OS?
