If you can afford the bit of an increase in cost get a Raptor 50 V2 over either of the others. Otherwise get the Raptor 30 V2 since you can upgrade it to it a 50 later on.
What really matters though is what others in your area are flying and which heli you can get parts for locally. Both of the 30 helis you mentioned are good.
I went with a Raptor 50 V2 for what is really my first heli. It has been terrific. Easy and fun to fly and extremely powerful.
