Default Walkera Dragonfly 4 lift problem

Hi , first let me say you have a great site!

I'll do my best since my english is not the best!
Just got my dragonfly 4 last week and ran into series of problem.

I fix most of my problem except for one. After fixing the shaking problem
and finally found a way to do the trimming, I'm trying to lift off.

Here's my problem, when It does lift, it goes on his right side.
Like if someone was pulling a rope on the right side!

Anyone know what could cause this?

Black Tracking is my quess. Still new myself but if the blades are way off then it will spin off in one direction.

Also when you turn on the controller does the unit servos center 90 degrees?
