Default aileron and elevator trouble

Hello, I have a pic pro. with 3d blades and paddles. I have done 1 hr of hovering time and have upgraded $500 in parts. my trouble now is that my swashplate goes where its suppose to when elevator or aileron is inputed, But while on the bench test at 75 percent throttle if I give elevator up- the swash plate goes down at rear but the blades tilt to the left. If I give left, the blades go front left. If I give front the blades go rt. if I give right the blades go rear right. Has it been explained?

Can anyone help.

Thanx, Joe

Hi Joe,
Any bound heli will show this behavior. When it is in the air, it behaves properly.
I have seen explanations, but it gets beyond me. I almost understand gyroscopic precession. For a good explaniation about just about everything, I always look to [link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Precession]Wikipedia[/link].
I don't know why it behaved diferently in the air than when it is clamped to your bench, but it does.
Fly it, and be happy that it DOES work.

Yup gyroscopic precession. Control inputs take effect 90 degrees later in the plane of rotation.

IE its normal.
