BRUSHLESS MOTORS - HOW HOT?

Quick Question - What is the normal operating temperature range for medium size brushless motors. I recently built an ECO 8 powered by a Mega Motor (22/20/3H), after hovering for four to five minutes the motor gets relatively warm.
Also, this style motor has a free shaft available for a cooling fan. Does anyone make a fan that could be installed easly or is this something that needs to be custom fabricated?
