Do you need a soldering (sp) gun to replace Motor?
Well really the subject line sums up my question. My motors came with the wires soldered to the motors, which would seem to make replacement slightly more invilved. Certainly as with speakers, etc, there are easier and similarly reliable ways to attach wires, but does not seem to be the case with these motors. What is the scoop. Thank s in advance to anyone who knows.

A lot of people put connectors in the wires between motor and ESC. I am currently flying fixed wing planes only and I soldered my ESC wires to the motor to keep parts (connections) count down.
Soldering is not hard but if you have never done it, it might be smart to practice on something that did not cost a lot of money (and find some how-to instructions).
