I use to have one, I think it was called "How to setup radio control helicopter" but I can't seem to find a link for it. It showed you how to set a Raptor 30 heli. I did find this one. Ray's Authoritative Helicopter Manual is supposed to be a pretty good book.

That book is quite good. I'd get it if I were you. LOTS of information. The one problem is that its kind of old, but the information is still the same.
