Hello, Today I went out to practice hovering with my Raptor 30 and after 5 minutes i noticed a gradual loss of power, I landed, adjusted needle on carb but no help, changed glow plug which helped for awile but now im back to the same problem. Id like to swap with an os 37 but im a new b and im hoping this engine will last until I make it past hovering ? Thank you for your help

Well you should run it quite rich for the first couple flights. Burning up a glow or 2 at first is not unusual either as the piston and cylinder seat. However, at this point I suggest you either make sure you're not running too lean since it will cause it to overheat and lose power and/or take the carb apart and clean it really good to ensure you don't have any crap in there and try again. At least pull the needles out and clean them off.
To me it sounds like it's running too lean.
