Hey I am new to the remote control helicopter line. I purchased a Walkera #36 and received it today. I have looked everywhere to find out on how to fly and setup the heli but I can not find any information on how to fly this heli.
I connected the battery and turned it on and trued to lift it but it kept going around in circles clokwise, finally it it smashed and the blades where broken. I have fitted the new rotor baldes but know I am going to get some information and tips on how to get this of the ground.
I am a begginer and would appreciate if anyone could help me.

Radd's school of rotary flight. Google it. It will tell you the best way to go about learning to fly using just the heli. Personally I recomend a simulator to, realflight g3.5 is what I use, but if you don't want to spend another 200 bucks then I am sure someone can reccomend a good cheap sim. Radd's should be all you need, just take your time, follow it to the letter, don't cheat, and you should be flying in no time! There is a walkera forum under electric rc helicopters, you should find all the info you need on setup. You can also use the search function at the top of the page to look for stuff on your heli. Good luck. Peace.

No prob! If you have questions, someone here has the answer, and if they don't have it, they can usually find it.
This is the link to the #36 thread. Take your time to read through it and it should tell you everything you need to know about it. If not, it is the best place to ask. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3171206/tm.htm

Try the RADDS as suggested:
http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html
That aside, you are stuck in a catch 22. You can't fly until your heli is setup correctly but you have to fly in order to get it setup. Not an easy place to be for a beginner.
Get whatever info you can from this beginners forum and from the Walkera forum located here:

Best of luck

And from what you are describing it sounds like you have a setup issue to take care of before you are going to fly. If it is going in circles then there is somthing that needs to be done to your tail ... can't really give advice since I don't know your bird or have any other information.

It sounds like you either need to lube the tail section somehow (not sure as I don't have the bird either), or you need to decrase the pitch if the main rotor spins clockwise, and increase it if it spins counter clockwise. There should be some servo links that you can adjust. Again because I don't have this heli, I dunno if you would need to lengthen it or shorten it. I would also check that the pitch assembly on the rear rotor doesn't bind and moves quite freely.
If you can, it would be a good idea to get someone who has flown heli's before to take a look at it. I know that it is not always available, but if you can that's what I would do.
