Default help please with set up

i own a mini pred electric heli and recently crashed it . i had to replace the fly bar and when setting up the heli on the table noticed that when i apply forward cyclic or nose down the rotating blades tilt forward-left and when i apply back cyclic the blades tilt back-right. its as if the right hand stick on the transmitter has been rotated about 45 degrees ! can anyone please help ??

The behavior you describe is normal for a bound heli (on the ground).
I am not saying that the crash damage has all been properly diagnosed and corrected, but the out of pahse cyclic response is normal when the heli cannot move the way they rotor is trying to make it go.
