I posted last night in regards to the EFlite CX2 vs. CP pro. Well, I was wondering which flight simulator you guys recommend for a newbie? I want one that does heli's and planes. Any input would be appreciated.

You should take a look at Reflex XTR. Though I don't have it, People say the physics model for helicopters is better than RealFlight. Also, it looks better Graphics Wise

You also have to consider the capabilities of the computer you're going to run them on. Both G3.5 and XTR are fairly graphics intensive and if you're computer isn't up to it you'll either have to reduce the graphics or it will run really choppy.

Ok, are you talking about the graphics? That's probably not the best reason to pick a simulator, it's nice but the physics are probably more important. I'm not saying the FSone is bad or better or worse than G3.5, I don't know, just that graphics aren't a reason to pick a sim.
