because of crazy weather I can't practice or fly my helis outside at all I believe it'll continue for the rest of the month. I am planning on buying a small heli and non-coaxile such as falcon 40. Any suggestions? I would like something as small as falcon 40.

Cheap begets cheap. The 4#3 is not the heli you want, you'll probably never get it flying, and if you do manage to get it flying you'll spend far more than 100$ in parts to learn how to hold a hover.
Small helis like the 4#3 are MICRO, that means they are twitchy and hard to comtrol. Yes people have learned to fly on them, they problably spent a lot of cash and time learning to repair their heli though.
GO for a HBFP or similar is my very unexperienced reccomendation.

well there's not too much size differ between HBk2 and HBFP.. I'm looking for very small and cheap ones. I would even rather coaxile if 4#3 is that bad.

I dont get why you dont want Co-axle theyre great for indoor flight, and they are quite similar not exact to the 3D helis. Very stable flight youll be get fliying around your house within a week. I ordered the Rah-66 Co-Comanche but wish I got the Dauphin 2.4 ghz from helidirect for 150 bucks or something its got lights for night flying and sturdy frame. Just putting my 2 cents in about the dual axle.
