Default helimax axe problem

I need some suggestions to find out why my Heli-Max axe cp will not lift off. It seems to rev up, but apparently not enough rpms to lift off. I checked the li-po battery and it seems to be ok. Am I missing an adjustment somewhre? I recently replaced the e-board that was damaged in a crash.

I would say to reset the servos and see if they are giving enough pitch. Also, just a thought, do you have the leads for the motor plugged in the right way? Blades on the right way? Swash plate moving down for more pitch. Check to see if the blade grip is on the right way. The ball is suppose to be on the trailing edge of the blade.
