Rotor Blade Rotation

I have a eksy belt cp - Main rotor rotates clockwise - tail viewed from the right rotates counterclockwise. Is this correct? Manual indicates both should rotate clockwise. Thanks

The tail rotors should swing up into the rotor downwash. So if you are looking at your heli's right side, it would rotate CCW.
