Hey, im looking for an intermediate helicopter, I have a 150$ limit on it. I dont want anything really small. I want something I could fly outdoors, bash around and pretty much all the good stuff :P. I would love if it came with an army type helicopter body. Something that had parts readily available aswell. Oh also, cant be too big either, I would want to fly it indoors too. I would like it to be under 25 cm (from nose to back rudder) .. So yeah, I was thinking about the Blade Msr but its a bit too small for my liking. Thanks !

I could get you an original 72 mHz AXE Cp on Channel 42:

It has been run up but never flown. It is complete with radio, charger battery, in the box with all the original paperwork and training cd. These are good flying machines and parts are availbe through tower.
I can let you have it for $95 plus mailing to Canada.

WoWhobbies.com has the CopterX 250SE on sale right now for 159 plus shipping. comes with everything but RX/TX...even a case too! Just ordered one yesterday and they are still in stock.
Not sure what you are expecting when you say intermediate though. They classify it as Expert. Im definitely no expert and am sure I'll be able to fly it. So, go figure.

That sounds like the total cost would be a lot more then his $150.00 budget.

Sure, there can be helis found that might fit...its just I wont recommend them(and Im no expert by any means but do realize the importance of having a heli that you can easily repair because parts can be found just about anywhere).
The absolute cheapest thing that will almost fit his bill would be a RTFBlade mCPX. But still that will be slightly over 200 bucks if he shops around. The next thing up from that, IMO, would the a 250 size. And with the CopterX getting the best reviews outside of the orginial Align 250(which has its problems as well)...it was the best deal. Only thing is it doesnt come with a TX or RX nor does it come with a charger. So like you said the all up cost will be at least another 100 dollars even if buying one of the cheaper TX's like SkyFly or whatnot.
If I were to put together a serious helicopter training package that wont break the bank, Id include all of these in a buy one buy all kit...
1. Clear ViewSIM
2. Blade mCPX RTF
3. GWS SIMCable
Sell all 3 together for about 225 bucks! Buying them all separate though isnt bad as I think you could get all of that for around 250-260 bucks.

Fly outdoors
Bash?[&:] Helicopters shouldn't be bashed. leaving bashing to trucks and buggies. Scale bodies cost as much as the helo. For $150 and your specs it doesn't exist.
