Default Help....... tail rotor problem?

Got a Hirobo, not had it long and very happy with it, But its started doing something a little strange. After about 2 mins into the flight the tail rotor goes scatty. Then i land- Fuel up- another couple of mins of flight and it does it again. The batteries are fully charged. its got a Heading hold 2000 gyro. and theres no major vibration.[:@] Bit new to the helli world but been flying planes for 8 years, be very greatful for any help.

Its brand new, do they go faulty? But thinking about it thats probably the only thing it can be.

You could be running your engine a little lean, Sometime that will make the tail wag after it gets hot (couple minutes hovering) and starts to miss

Try richining the engine up on the low and high side an 1/8 a turn at a time to see if that helps

Thanks for the ideas but its more than jus a wag it goes mental! Is it worth trying to fly without the gyro to eliminate it?

New doesn't mean GOOD. Don't fly without the gyro, as a matter of fact you can't, the tail will be WAY too sensitive.

Cheers mate, guess ill have to get a new gyro? What do you recomend?

I meant just that one is bad, sent it back and let them fix it or send you another one
