Before you use the above mentioned ball link sizing trick...may I suggest taking a pair of pliers and lightly sqeezing the ball with the serreated part of the pliers...all you need are some tiny grooves to help "mill" the inside of the link...a smooth ball could take days, weeks or months to size all the links on your heli! Also, use a vairible speed drill...no Dremel tools! Work slowly until you get the hang of it...1-2 seconds per link and then test fit should do nicely. Chris

YEah, In my infinate wisdom I picked the newest ball I had in my arsenal and went at it. Many, Many, Many minutes later I got pissed and went to the LHS and bought the JR ball sizing tool. Re-Sized all the links in no time flat, and the centering problem went away. Best 16.00 I have spent so far.

For all that are interested here is the link. Link Tool
Maxx:
I'll let this one slip, but dont let it happen again
Also please send the check or moey order to the following address............
MR>>C.:
This was the first one where the links were REALLY tight. The elevator servo was having a hard time re-centering because of the high resistance in the links. The Z230 is not CCPM so there are a few links on the elevator channel. After using the toll, it smoothed right out. The tool is even adjustable to get that perfect fit, but you can go to far, so be carefull.
I did find it available at Heliproz For only 13.00.

My Fury was flying jerky.
Friend of mine gave me the tool to use not keep, I tryed to keep it but he found it and took it out of my box.
. I worked on all the ball links.
And now it fly's great.
I think it is a good investment.
IMO
