finally ready, that was one if my longest builds... and if i have to read one more time "select", "examine" or "previously" i WILL go nuts...
and if i eve get a heli with a 87 manual i will send it right back...
running in the engine now and it sounds and looks VERY promising (i just hope never have to rebuild this thing...)
can't wait to take it for the first full power rides...

It's funny, some people complain if you DON'T get an 87 page manual others don't like it when they do. I just built a Fury Extreme, (my third) and total construction time was 7 1/2 hrs, not counting painting of fins and canopy, which is a dramatic reduction from the time it took me to build my Pro IIKs.
I think you'll enjoy the model, it is X-ceptional <g>.

Here's mine it took me 6 hrs to build. I did'nt read the manual through, I hate to read directions it slows me down just give me exploded diagrams and i'm good to go. To date the Vigor is the easiest and the best kits i've put together that one took me 4hrs.

I think it would only look pretty the head on the Fury with the c-clip head axle and the tigher head is pretty good.

the next one will pop together much faster...hey you build it once (hopefully) and fly it everyday

it's all good, that comment was kind of on the sarcastic side...
can't wait to burn holes in the sky... got the same engine than my sport scale agusta 109, but 4lb's less !!!

I'm well, thanks. Haven't been around much lately because I've been building a Hornet, and I've been hanging out in Hornet BBS-land for some much needed advice.
The Fury is by far the most impressive set of heli mechanics I've ever seen. It'll be my next heli for sure. Your Fury canopy sure is nice!

Coming soon (I'll be replacing my avitar too with a pic of my Hornet next to my Sceadu). Still setting up the electronics and painting the canopy. I love this tiny little heli! If there is interest in a post on the many mods I have done as an addendum to the Hornet review in the RCU emag, I'd be happy to write a post. Fun fun fun if you like fiddling and flying in your living room. Probably won't be trying a chaos with the Hornet any time soon though

adam, and all others, took this sucker out today for a little fun trip, still on the rich side, but this thing HAS POWER !!!!
did a full power climb-out, unbelievable, barley could move my head fast enough to follow... and that was at 1600 rpm, no bogging...
my agusta is a little on the sluggish side (same engine 4lb's more weight...
)
the extreme is going to be a lot of fun and FAST...
