someone asked about the pro 2k rotor head.
"how do you think those machines would respond if you stuck a pro 2 metal head on them, any different?"
I have one and you can see a picture here.

Is it better?
yeah, but it is not worth the price. The stock fury head is fine and does not need to be replaced. The best upgrade that the rotor has is the metal head button. The metal button is smooth and it is easier to stop my blades, but this does not improve flight. The rotor also has better bell mixers and larger thrust bearings. I like this head better, but it is not worth it. There is only a slight imprvement. There was a bigger performance difference with digital servos.

From: white plains,
NY,
i was only curious about the pro 2 head because i have one on my x-cell 30 that i could pull off to stick on a fury and put the 30 head back on the 30. i only did the switch because i didn't like the static tracking adjustment on the 30 head that uses set screws going through the plastic hub which never stays put for very long. not that i have a fury to put the pro 2 head on but i'm seriously considering.

I hate (love) this damn hobby!
