Default 8uaps and venture setup nightmares!

i set it all up nice and the cyclic is awoking the way it should be but then the collective is backwards!

ill pull back on the stick and swashplate moves UP not down the way it should and when i move he stick up the swash goes DOWN not up the way it should

i tryed swiching around the servos and revesing them all but physicaly moving around the servos (which i dont think would do anything)

everytime i got the collective working correctly ether the left and right was backwards or the forward and backward was backwards

im running out of things to try

Follow the directions closely we have have all had that problem with CCPM helis. Make sure your installing the right servo in the right spot then it's just a matter of reversing the servo direction.

Default Hmm

There is a parameter called "SWH" or SWR I guess , you will see values for pitch, Ail, Ele. Ail and Ele should be like +50 and make Pitch to -65 or somthing , It should make the SP to move in right direction . I can give you more details when i reach home

Default yes, there is!
