Can anybody tell me if the Module that came with my 9CHP which is using FM the same as the module that comes with the PCM version? To my understanding the only difference was in the receiver.

Yes, actually the 9C works as regular Fm or PCM. You select either mode. The 9CHP and 9CHF use the same transmitter, just the receiver that comes with system is different. I have a 9C transmitter and use it on both FM and PCM. Got PCM rec in heli, and FM systems in 6 airplanes. So far I really like the system, easy to program and very flexible. When you want to change freq just pop in another FP-TP-FM module. With the module you don't have to worry about lo and hi band tuning, its all done with module.
