I have Aero Fly Pro Deluxe and love it. It has a good following of users that custom build models you can download and install. I have heard others say that Flex is better for Heli though. I don't fly Heli enough to care.

I'd have to say that reflex is pretty good. Honestly though, any simulator will do the trick. A sims main job is to teach orination and muscle reaction.

for heli's the best is the CSM V10 (10.16), it by far has the most realistic flight characteristics (not graphics). to many of the simulators have spent to much time trying to make the graphics life like and tossed the heli flight characteristics to the way side. the Realflight G3 still has spectacular graphics but the same crappy heli flight characteristics that the original version had and is in my opinion useless for the most part for a heli simulator. i used the CSM V9 for many years and in 2000 got the V10 because it was the only one that had heading lock functions and it was an excellent tool for learning inverted/back wards. I've been flying for 16 yrs now and this is the only simulator I've used that flies like the real deal enough so that you can actually learn by using it, and i still use it sometimes.
