Hello there i just bought me a hawk IV and i'm really trying to figure it out what keeps the glow plug working and if there is a piece that i'm missing ....please help..here is the picture

Please do not take this the wrong way, but are you new at this? If so then might I suggest that you get with someone who is experienced in the hobby. A helicopter is a very dangerous piece of machinery, notice I did not use the word "toy"? If I am worng, and you are an experienced rc flyer then disreguard this post, but if not then please, please, slow down, and do some reasearch on how these things work, and get some help from a local pilot.
