I routed mine through a piece of fuel tubing down to the bottom front of the frame, then through a nylon pushrod tube through the holes in the struts (had to drill them out a bit). I then ran the tube along the tail boom support.
I have read warnings against that (glitches) but have not experienced any in many flights. Just don't let the antenna touch the tail boom or support.
Hope this helps.

I had major glitches using my 8103 with the ant. routed up the tail boom, and almost lost my heli several times before i figured out what the problem was. Now i have a base loaded ant. pointed out the front of the heli and have no problems what so ever. I had the ant. isolated in tubing and everything to.

I inserted mine in a platic sleave for antenna wire, then ran it on the left hand side of the heli in a general loop fashion holding it to the frame from some wire holders/clamps I got from Lowes Hardware, works great, no glitches.

Biosfp1,
Just go with the revolution or deans base loaded antenna, it'll save you lots of headaches and worries. The belt driven tube makes a static charge and can cause interference in your antenna if you have it run along the tail boom. It's saved me lots of headaches, just lost several weeks chasin a problem, now i'm havng a great time flyin.

like brutus i have mine going through a pushrod tube. it starts beside the fuel tank, it's attached halfway up the skids with rubberbands, and then routed up along the tail boom support. currently i have had no problems with glitching
